There's this saying that a wise man once told me and it goes like this..

Think about it guys...they say looks doesn't really matter when picking up girls and I guess it doesn't up to a certain point but it certainly can't hurt you to look your best. You know how the mPua's say...don't be yourself but rather be your BEST self? Well, there it is! Getting yourself to physically look better makes you more attractive and in this competitive game, any advantage helps.

Also, besides for getting girls, it helps you relieve stress and clear your mind. And a clear mind is a great mind when playing the game.

Although most times pua's have to open sets there will be times where you do in fact get opened because you look interesting. It certainly helps by having the confidence to look women in the eyes and smile at them. It's such a simple non verbal communication tip I've picked up on. Women are naturally attracted to someone that is smiling and seems to be enjoying themselves. Wouldn't you agree? I mean, who wants to be around someone with an angry face on right?

I think having the balls to look a woman in the eye shows her that you aren't afraid to look at something you like. If a woman is attractive, hell yeah I'm gonna look at you lol. Lots of times a woman will determine if she's into you simply by noticing if you are afraid of making eye contact. So you could be shooting yourself in the foot by not showing strength. In my opinion, your eyes are your number one weapon when out in field. They are your tools to scan your surrounding areas and I like to think of them like seduction lasers haha. When you spot a target you want to open then bam! Lock those eyes in on her and smile. Of course, don't grill her like a creepy stalker lol. Just like...a few seconds or so should do the job.

So to put it all together, always be smiling and have the confidence to make eye contact. It will be especially useful when you want to kiss close. Looking into a woman's eyes right before you want to kiss will let her know it's about to go down. Alright guys, have some fun out there!

We've all fallen really hard for that one girl and think that she's the most amazing thing ever and can't imagine being with anybody else. While in the past I had explored the game by myself in situations that presented themselves this was the... Today I went out on my first formal sarge. While in the past I had explored the game by myself in situations that presented themselves this was the first time I have gone out with a group of like minded guys with the sole intention of opening sets and meeting new women. I recently broke up with my LTR of four years and find myself kind of starting learning game over.

So we met at the Santa Monica Promenade, talked game and practiced openers and conversing. after about 30 minutes we went to a bookstore and each opened at least one set. Next we headed to a cosmetics/perfume/cologne shop and each opened one more set. After that we went to a trendy clothing store where each of us opened two more sets. Finally we headed to the hardest part of all which was opening moving sets of women walking down the street.

I opened two interesting sets. The first was a Russian woman in a rush. I opened over the shoulder (as recommended by Mystery Method) and asked if she knew where the coffee shop was. She responded "I think, over there." pointing back the way we had come. Since there was a different coffee shop in the other direction I said something like "You suck at giving directions, the coffee shop is over there!" pointing the opposite direction. "But I really just..." She interrupted me to say she had to run but I continued anyway saying "...thought you were pretty cute and wanted to talk to you." Finally she sustained eye contact with me and I got a good vibe with appreciation and sexual tension.

The second set involved two women on vacation from Oklahoma. An Asian 6 was taking a picture of an HB7. I hopped in the frame saying something like "You need a hot guy in the picture so she can tell her friends she met someone interesting in California." After the picture I fluffed, asking where they were from and some other typical questions. They answered and I teased lightly about their answers and attempted to close them to meet up later but they weren't interested. Even though I failed at the close it was still fun and my confidence in approaching is much higher now!

Everyone at the sarge had both fun and success. D started opening only unattractive women but closed with the hottest set of the day. A was fearless despite his English as a second language handicap. J came in with low energy but left with the highest energy of any of us. Overall I would say that everyone proved to themselves today that they could open sets and now needs to work on what to do after the initial opening.
